Dinner by Chef Glen

FROM 7:00PM

With over 20 years of experience in some of Australia’s best kitchens, Glen Hagger creates food that’s thoughtful, nourishing, and full of flavour.

Glen will be preparing a relaxed dinner for us at the house featuring modern Australian dishes made with seasonal, organic produce, with much of it grown in his own garden and picked fresh that morning.

Native ingredients will make an appearance, woven through each course in simple, beautiful ways. We’ll have a few favourite local wines on hand to enjoy with the meal and Glen has everyone’s dietary needs covered. So lucky to have Glen bringing his beautiful food to us.

Looking forward to a slow, delicious night shared around the table with you all.

SATURday 26 July

WHITE ELEPHANT CAFE, GNARABUP BEACH

COFFEE O’CLOCK

A 6 minute drive from the house is Gnarabup Beach, a laid-back stretch of coastline perfect for a morning swim, a beach walk, or simply soaking up the ocean air. Sheltered by offshore reefs, the waters are usually calmβ€”great for swimming or paddle boarding. The White Elephant CafΓ© sits right on the sand, making it an ideal spot for coffee with a view.
